Hello fellow Dragon Age fans, I have a small question.

I just bought a new Graphics Card for this game and I want to be sure I didn't go too "cost efficient".

I have a GeForce 680 GTX dual fan card. Looking at the recommended specs, I am not sure where that card lands. I am a tech junkie so I feel somewhat ashamed as this is something I should probably know, but I am super busy as of late so I just want to know:

- Will I be able to max out the game settings?

(I have top quality in every other category, just not sure about this card)

Thanks in advance for the help!

Oh heck yeah. You should be able to pull off max settings at 60 FPS at 1080p. A GTX 680 is considerably more powerful than a current gen console. If you have the 2 GB version and not the 4 GB one you might have to use a post process AA solution vs MSAA though.

That's well more than enough.
Mine is HD 6850 and I need to upgrade it for upcoming releases that will be graphically demanding.

Its performance has been great though. I could run Witcher 2, Bioshock Infinite, Far Cry 3, Metro last light, Skyrim, and etc at high/max settings.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. You won't even get 60 FPS with that card in BF4, at least not completely maxed out - and I'm expecting DA:I to be at least slightly more demanding.

So, TC, assuming you're playing @1080p, you might have to minimally lower your sights on a few things (mainly MSAA+FXAA) if you want consistent 60 FPS. But ultimately, just see what works best for you quality,- and performance-wise when you play the game, it's not like you have anything to worry about.

Thank you all very much! Great help.

I thought it was a good choice, but I wasn't totally sure. I think I have the 4GB version, but I have to check.

Thanks again all!
