Hi! I recently realized that I'd set up newer games with a whole new Bioware Social Network account by linking to an email I actively use now instead of the one I used before college when I logged in to Dragon Age: Origins and it didn't recognize any DLC. I'm currently logged in under my old account in hopes of merging the two, but can't find a way to do so manually. "That's fine," I thought, "that's just the kind of authority they only give to administrators! it makes sense."
so I tried to send an email to the help line. Unfortunately, it won't let me log in to yet another account to send an email asking for help (the error "Unable to redirect to required source." comes up in red. yeah, like that.), and I'm not seeing any other support option from my BSN account page. I've backed myself out to the forum level looking for another option, and found the help forum. Can an administrator please send an e-mail to the gmail associated with this account to begin the process of merging the two accounts? I'd like to keep playing PC copies of Bioware games, and would like to use an up-to-date email address for association and log-in purposes. Plus, having two accounts, each with DLC tied to them, really doesn't work well for me as a consumer or you as a business. The new account is tied to the same email as my Origin and Steam accounts, so I'm more likely to purchase new games tied to that account.
Thanks in advance!
