Considering he said that he would put up more footage if he can find some more that he is allowed to post, it seems he may have had permission. Plus, Angry Joe is hardly new to this game, he has been at it for a while and I would expect to know what is and isn't allowed.

With as careful as Bioware is being about minor story spoilers being shown in these preview vids they are letting people release, I seriously doubt they would make it that simple to figure who the overall bad guy is. This individual is definitely in the game, but I am still not convinced he is the power behind everything.

Yes, Bioware isn't known to throw an identifiable villain at the start of the game only to reveal the greater evil at work pulling the strings.
It's not like they did that with Revan in Koto - oh

You know, this might just be me, but I think the obvious big bad might not actually be the big bad after all AS CONVENIENT AS THAT MIGHT BE.
