It's just something about the way she walks around, her facial gestures and everything.
She's one of those characters you hope you can Sparta kick off the hold.... and then revive using necromancy just to do it again.
Anyone else feel the same way ._.?
Well, at least you feel something about a character, which is always good.
She is sassy. Some people love it, some people hate it.I am entertained by sass as long as it isn't reinforcing a stereotype such as:
Anyhow, I think Vivienne is awesome.I am looking forward to her outwitting enemies in my party, and cutting Inquisition's political enemies with her tounge!
No I really look forward to getting to know her , and didn't you already imply this with that other thread where you wanted to repeatedly kill her and bring her back as a mindless husk? lol
Originally wanted to ignore her character and had mild dislike, saw that twitch stream where she mocked the idiocy of the Mage rebellion leadership(justifiably) and now I'm pretty much neutral.
Vivienne gives me an Emma Frost vibe. She's arrogant, competent, ambitious, and feels superior to most people. Some people will love that kind of character, some people won't.

From what little I've seen, I find her off-putting, but I feel that's a testament to Bioware's ability to create characters with depth that evoke reactions in people.

Emma Frost is a PERFECT comparison, I don't know why I never thought of that until now. Which makes me love her even more because Emma is one of my favorite characters ever in any type of media.

I don't know if I like her or not. I've only seen a couple snippets of dialogue with her, kind of hard for me to form an opinion based on a few seconds of a game that should take place over the course of hours. The only companion I know for sure I will like is Varric, because I'm familiar with him and it seems his personality survived transportation to another Dragon Age intact.
I will say though, I'm looking forward to getting to know her and the other companions.
