I really like her hair and armor.Where did it come from?

Alistair is wearing one of the Grey Warden armour variants (heavy?) from DA2, with a reskin. Looks like the Warden is wearing Saskia's armour from The Witcher 2. Not sure about the hair. Possibly also from TW2. A modded version of Triss' hair perhaps? You can find the first two at least on the Nexus:

Hm, the hair .. it  doesn't look like one of the Witcher's hairstyles because of the texture. Possibly one of NewSea or Peggy. My guess would be New Seas "Sweet Slumber".

I am terrible when it comes to what hairstyle is what. Risi, this one does look correct^^^ If so, it is the same one I used on Leliana here.

I assume you don't know the source mod? What about the model name? You can get it from the MOR if you open it in the GFF editor/toolset.

I don't use that Leliana morph now.. I switched it.. again... But I found the style in the toolset and it is called hf_har_slumber_0 and it is Kani Hime's
