I really liked the multiplayer Introduction on the live twitch stream.

Its pretty much like ME3 MP and I invested more then 1100 hours on this one.

But there are soo many cheaters and hackers in ME3 atm, that I really wonder if Bioware will improve the way to detect cheaters and ban them quickly.

Will there be any improved way to track down cheaters in DA Multiplayer? If its like in ME3 Im probably not going to invest much time in DAMP.

I never experienced too much glitching being on a console. I can see it being a problem for PC users though. Hopefully it's addressed for DAMP.

The main reason there are so many cheater in MEMP is because there hasn't been a ban-wave in about a year. Before that I found it very rare to come into a hacked lobby because BW was really onto it banning cheaters.

That said: I spent most of my time behind the desk on Firebase White : Geth : Gold. Good memories.

Please Bioware. Work on ways to find cheaters quickly and ban them. It destroys the MP of every game.

Pretty sure it will be taken care of.
doubt there will be an easily modifiable coalesced file this time around.
No rockets so no missile glitches on consoles.
I'd be surprised if they didn't have some check for the cheatengine program an PC as well.
in short no free ride this time. Or I'd doubt.

I'm not sure I've ever run into a cheater in ME3MP on PC. Certainly no missile glitchers. I didn't find it to be the huge problem some other players found it to be.

I haven't really had a problem with glitchers and cheaters, tbh.  Every once in a while I'd bump into a glitcher, but they usually get kicked, so meh.  Then again, they usually stick to plat and I've been focusing on silver because I've been playing pretty casually lately.

But yeah, some people might try to find ways to glitch the game.  There are bound to be people who find them, so I suggest just trying to grin and bear it for the time being.  I mean, there are people finding glitches on GTA Online all the time and the glitches keep getting fixed en masse, but more glitches are found every day.

In a coop game cheating is gonna be less common, but when it does occur there is not much that will happen to the cheaters, if there are leader-boards the best you can do is delete those accounts off the leader-board and keep the scores legit. But let's face it, the only people cheaters cheat in coop are themselves.

EA & Bioware don't care about cheating. They care about their RNG stupidity store and desperately want people to roll that dice using real money.

If you get rid of the horrible ME3 RNG system (so customers will get all the stuff they've paid for within a reasonable amount of (play)time) you lose >90% of the "cheaters".

Of course they care about cheating.  Cheaters circumvent the regualr flow of items and thus reduce profit.  It also can thin out the player populationj if cheating is rampant.  Also BioWare actually does have a sense of fair play.  EA and BioWare like the money no doubt but this usual lame all these guys care about is money is totally false.

I certianly hope they take care of cheaters in a timely mannner. Since I'm contemplating getting this game on PC one of my biggest fears is dealing with the higher number of cheaters compared to console.

I'm all for catching the cheaters, but since the first day of ME3MP I'm under the impression there have been more cheaters on consoles than on PC. I've only seen cheaters on PC 3 times, been pretty rare from what I've seen on the forums. On the other hands, consoles had a thread about cheaters every other day because of missile glitching, invicibility, etc...

I've put over 1300 hours into Mass Effect 3's MP on the 360 and can count on one hand the number of times I've encountered missile glitchers, in either platinum or gold matches.  More commonly, but still not an overwhelming number, I've come across cowards who glitch into that out-of-bounds area on FB Hydra. Even if you include the skill point excess glitch, which is more on the game's end than on the gamer's IMO, I haven't run into many cheaters on 360.  Hopefully my luck avoiding cheaters carries over into DAMP.

During 900 hours of MEMP on Xbox 360 I met one missile glitcher.

And I reported his ass with photo evidence.

Played ME3 MP for about 600 hours on the PC and during the time BioWare was activly supporting the MP whit constant updates and weekly missions i have met not more then 4-5 hackers. At no point during all this hours of fun have i had any hacker problems.

Now after the support was droped the hacker infestation boomed but at that point most legit players have had their fun ( me included ). So im really not worried.
