Yes, but age has an affect on fertility nonetheless, not even taking things like ED into account. Also of note is the fact that he has no children despite having been married in the past.

That's not always the case. There are monarchies where the oldest child inherit the crown regardless of gender. My country has a crown princess despite the fact that she has a younger brother.
