You might have better luck selling it around the launch of the next Mass Effect game, N7 day was a great idea though. I suggest trying to build your feedback on ebay up as well, users with higher feedback have better luck selling their items and seem to get more for them on average.

 

I won't swear to it because I'm not an expert, but I'd imagine that something signed and unopened in mint condition like that will increase in value over time. I wish you the best and hope it brings you lots of money.
