on my origin it says, 17th 18.00, darn where you from? so lucky!! haha its no biggie tho, only a few hours.

i would, but is it ok to post this? using the program isnt illegal or anything but not sure they like having it advertised on the forum, ill send it via pm, its super easy to use

im swedish too, it worked with titanfall on origins as well, its not sketchy it works. It most likely will with DA, if you use a korean vpn you can unlock it at the earliest 17th at 16.00, they also let the koreans preload on the 14th, The only problem is that preloading the game with a vpn will take a million years because the download can be pretty slow, at most i got like 150kb/s from a vpn, it varies from vpn to vpn, but its pretty easy to switch between them and try various ones. On the other hand, we swedes get to preload at 17th 18.00. which means that you can preload then, and switch over to korean to unlock the game. The only difference is you lose out on a couple of hours of play.

Windows has the best proxy. Click Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN settings. You don't need to use a VPN software. Just google proxy server lists, a website like proxy nova is decent enough. Pick one, tick the proxy box and paste the IP/port into the box. Bam, you are now Korean, Singaporean, Japanese, whatever. Delete the IP and untick the box when you are done.

I have no problem waiting,playing other games in the mean time(also have two other PC  games arriving tomorrow or Monday),patience is one thing I have learned over the decades with gaming etc...

 

FYI  I pre-ordered CE version via Gamestop UK  so it will arrive when it does,I'm in no hurry since I take my time with RPGs  ie nice and slow exploring everything.

Oh my. So they make these lovely things called Rescue Pastilles to alleviate severe yet not medically extreme states like what you describe. Anyway I completely understand your frustrations in the latter end of this wait as I myself have perhaps put too much of myself into a holding pattern till the game's release. Hopefully it's good enough to earn both our distresses.

hey blackout, thats a perfect way to describe it, and thanks to everyone for being kind here because i'm not in a state to defend myself, lol...

i find myself trying to trick my brain into hating DAI so i will stop coming back here, its just crazy how slow time is going.

 

i swear there are nights where i'm playing ESO and time is flying by. you see usually i'm a very good internal time keeper, like my friend and i could have started playing ESO at 9 and 4 hours later i will know its 1am...

 

but lately, time is SOOO sluggish, that i will think it has been an hour since last i checked the time, and its only been 30 min... lol so usually when i'm having fun playing games time whips by which is a bummer, but of course now i want it to fly AND IT WONT'T!!! BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!

 

anyways, sorry to those of you in the UK and elsewhere, its got to be the worst feeling KNOWING others are playing when you're waiting for the game to release in your country...

I hear ya brother I am actually happy I am working long shifts at the moment otherwise the waiting would drive me nuts At least I am being careful about too many spoilers as some videos released are way to spoilerific that I had to turn off once I realized! Don't watch angryjoe's impressions as it isn't really impressions but more a full gameplay and story video which I am really surprised he was allowed to show considering all other videos content

 

Anyway hang in there and my best advice is replay either DA:O or DA2 as I am doing

 

I'm in the U.K so apparently I am meant to wait until the 21st which I will be honest I ain't gonna do as I have ordered the Inquisitor edition for the games and even the guide (would've got the limited art book if it was on sale in the U.K also) so I am dishing out over £200 meaning I feel super entitled to play the same day as people in the U.S Anyway the real release date for most is probably the 16th to 17th

oh yes, BTW i have been playing DAO, and damn i'm havign a blast. it's insane, its the one disk that NEVER leaves my PC!!!  every year i play through it at least once. but i played it non stop for the first year, then at least 6 months of the 2nd year.

 

i always play human rogues, and then sometimes human warriors, so i never got to check out elves, dwarves or mages for that matter past lv 3 ish. so this time i started off as an elf mage!!!

 

its a blast. shooting for new achievements too!!!
