Your Xbox One has a pass-through HDMI port, so you don't hook them both to the TV. Hook the One to the TV and the 360 into the back of the One. You get both worlds and don't even use and extra HDMI port.

It doesn't work all that well though unfortunately.  There is a slight delay with the pass through that makes games like ME3 rather difficult to play
