I am guessing at some point it will start to bother me that ALL the NPCs in the Inquisition where a uniform that signifies them as such, but my party dose not.  So for the pure role play sake of it will I be able to?

irthink i recall that clothing is indevidualised for each character.

if you could equip it on say Cassandra it would look different.

Faction armour doesn't change with companions IIRC. I imagine it would work the same with Inquisition armour.

I plan on making a version of the Flames of Inquisition armour for each character, at least to see what it looks like them.
