@Lady Nuggins: I had the same idea as you, but I got lucky so my Scholar's name is Arluin (forgot what it means, but I am sure it's a male name)

I don't think any of us have gotten to the end.....I started playing the first day and I have 2 market days left, so no idea.

I have 2 market days left, and have all the necesary things for a best ending scenario. I'll make sure to post it if we do truly get to the ending once the market days are gone

Thanks for explaining it! To be honest, since apparently no two characters can have the same name, my biggest worry was losing mine after I've become attached to it.
Knowing I can take it again when I replay takes the pressure off. I've actually been really enjoying stumbling through this game, trying to figure out the best way to play through it.
On the topic of names, since they all have to be unique, I'm really curious about what everyone else named their characters. After going down a list of French names and finding them all taken, I finally decided be a bit more silly and pick a French word that isn't really a name. The very first one I tried wasn't taken, so... my huntress is named Chat. She tries to live up to her name by being insufferably self-centered and hunting for food.
Hah, I like it!
My Huntress is Ruenne.

If you don't break into the Chantry before the Divine comes, are you able to go in afterwards and do the same things? (I already went through it and I don't care if you spoil it) Like do you lose an opportunity to do what happens in the Chantry if you don't break in yourself.
What does breaking in do for the ending?(Don't mind being spoiled)

From what I tell, no you can't keep playing after the game ends if you get a good ending. After you get an ending, the game ends. Also, apparently if you fail a check to enter the chantry

Just got a chance to read the card properly. Yes, he would replace your Counsellor.

So I have 2 market days to go, and I seem to be doing pretty good. I picked the Scholar.
Currently have 17 Secrets, 3 trophies, and 6 Viands. I read you need 30 for the best ending or something? Is this true, or is it still unknown?
I have the Guildmistress as my Counsellor, the Abbess as my Lover, the Dashing Outlaw as my Accomplice and the Silent Hunter as my Bodyguard.
Current Stats:
Rulership: 55 + 20 (75)
Scholarship: 55 + 20 (75)
Derring-Do: 39 + 20 (59)
Woods-Wise: 55
Cunning: 44 + 20 (64)
And the variables:
Dignity: 100
Freedom: 90
Prosperity: 98
Peril: 10
Twilight: 20
Revolution: 39
I've resolved a lot of plotlines. I still need to cure the Acerbic Dowager, though (completely forgot about her, but have already solved the Dour Lordship stuff). Morrigan has left now and left me with a secret of the imperial court. I'm on pretty good terms with the Horned Knight, though he did steal the Bard (I got him back).
What happens if you bust into the Chantry? Does it lead anywhere awesome?

I'm playing as the Huntress. I've been doing well enough so far and I just went through the Lord of the Forest storyline. He asked to be invited to the feast with the Divine. I agreed against my better judgement because I owed him a debt. Is it still possible to get a good ending?
So far I have
2 Market Days Left
22 Secrets
14 Trophies
14 Viands
The Smiling Guildmistress is my counselor, the Bard is my lover, the well-read pig-farmer is my accomplice, and the Silent Hunter is my Bodyguard.
Also, I did break into the Chantry with the Bard's help.

Did anyone ask Morrigan what was under the cloth when she left? Stupid game logged me out right as I asked it. Managed to see all of "you're one of those people" and then bam. log out after already doing 6 turns...

I don't recall the name of the story, but it involves a pair of sibling bandits who killed a merchant.
He's also known as The Horned Knight.

I suddenly had three cases pop up consecutively (independently of Market Day) where I've never had one before! I hope I can complete them in time, only two Market Days left...
Did you picked the Dour Lordship on the market day?
If so then do not worry as they are not that long (mostly cost clues) and are quite rewarding.

I believe it was the village headman.

Anyone know if Serault is going to pop up in DA:I? Even if it was pre or post your little rulership it would be interesting to see it. I'm guessing the most we'll get is a nod in a book, or a mention by another character...

I dunno about Sereault itself, but I think they've said that the events of Last Court don't impact DA:I itself. However, they are recorded in the Keep, so it's possible they might be referenced in future DLC.
