replaying the games- had 100% approval and allistair doesn't even say "missed you buddy." Is there a way to get a satisfying cameo? What happens if you marry him?

Are the other cameos any better? I can't remember

If Alistair is made king without being romanced by the Warden (This may be the dialogue for if Alistair kept a romanced Warden as a mistress without marrying Anora as-well, don't remember.):

Teagan: We should the Hero of Ferelden should be back in Denerim by now.

Alistair: You're always so formal. He/she has a name, you know.

 

If Alistair is king and has the Warden as a mistress and Married Anora:

Your right.  I'm actually a pretty big fan of DAII, but loot is not exactly the game's strong point, functionally or within the context of the story.
