I got the pre-order rave card from Game Stop and put in both the code for the 'Feral Wolf Charm' and 'Memory Band'. I started up the game and was able to download the Memory Band, but the Feral Wolf Charm was not there. I tried to re-enter the code, but it says "Unable to redeem code'. This makes me belive that it was taken the first time but for some reason was not tied to my account.

I posted this here as I can not find any support for this game out of this forum, and dealing with EA customer support in the past has been a nightmare.
