This is probably the wrong place to post this and a stupid question to begin with.  However I need to know if I can import my Dragon Age Origins - Dragon Age 2 save file to Dragon Age Inquisition the same way I did from DA1 to DA2 or if I must use the Dragon Age Keep Tapestry to select choices?

As many many posts have said, you cannot import saves for DA:I you must use the keep to create your world state
