This is something I am really hoping you guys will do to help the entire community not have their playerbase spoiled by those with EA Access...

Yes "just 6 hours" but to me those 6 hours are essential to me.

I'd say I'd stay off forums but I've made no restriction on me saying my passion for necromancers, and my desire to find out JUST one spoiler... their skill tree...

Will this be something you guys will do :(?

I don't want to have the DA:I experience tainted by people (many intentionally griefing) spewing spoilers everywhere.

I don't think it's really safe to stay around the forums from the start of the EA access until release if you don't want to accidentally be spoiled :/. Even if you try to be careful and the Bioware mods are keeping an eye out, that's still no guarantee that spoilers won't accidentally slip through.

There is a youtuber called MisterShizno that makes videos of the skill trees once they are revealed. He already has a few videos out of the skilltrees, and I'm positive he'll make one of the necromancer skills once they are out without spoiling anything else in its video. You can also remind him to keep an eye out by commenting on his profile or vids. Here is the link to his youtube channel:

There will be trolls trying to spoil, I bet. There always are. I'd just avoid BSN for a bit. Mods will do their best, but they can't actually be 100% perfect in stopping spoilers from erupting.

I hear what you're sayIng but I'm choosing to leave the forums, youtube, Twitter, and several sites on the 11th even though I really want info on necromancer because realIstically no matter how diligent moderators or others are, somebody somewhere will spoil if they can, intentionally or otherwise.

Yeah, I'm sure the mods are going to be hyper-vigilant during that time, but there's no way for them to ensure that spoilers won't be either in thread titles or randomly in messages without spoiler tags.  If you really want to ensure that you remain spoiler free, then you need to avoid the forums between the 13th and the 18th (or 21st, depending on where you live).

I'm sure the mods can't be monitoring every thread in every forum 24/7, so it's probably inevitable that you'll start seeing spoilers in the forum once EA access starts.

You're just going to have to decide if it's worth the risk to you. I personally don't mind spoilers. If the story and gameplay is good then I'll enjoy it no matter what.

Well those with ea access (like me  :D) will essentially just be playing the prologue (of which there is a video) and the first region which is already all over the forum so its not like any who wants to post spoilers will be able to post much real info beyond the very beginning of the game and that info is readily available through the numerous reviews of the same area.

As a UK player i'll be avoiding the forum from the 18th until i've completed the game, I expect ending spoilers will be posted as they were for DA2.

I'm just gonna go MIA for a while. The mods will stop a few , but they can't stop them all. Like the youtube gamers who some how get the game a week early and post the all of the cutsecens, gameplay , and endings.Saved me so much money , but for this game I wanna go in it blind.

Full game embargo ends on 11/11 - not sure why everyone is more worried about EA Access players than full game reviews.

Wasn't there a spoiler free sub section of the forum made shortly before Mass Effect 3 launched, I wonder if they'll do that again.

I never go into spoiler territory too much, i might check a skill tree or some free-roam once or twice.. but thats it. and well before early access/release.

I've been spoiled once so bad that i knew the ending + a key plot twist that revealed pretty much everything that happened before with some logical thinking. And once in a minor way where a knew a certain character would die close to the start of the game.

My advice. day before EA access, stay away from these forums till you get the game in your hands. No mod can block you from incidentally reading a spoilery title if you happen to browse the forum as it gets posted.

Why would i know? thats how i practically had a good games story ruined because some troll came in and was spamming threads with spoilery titles and contents.

Oddly enough, Steam community seems far better at not revealing spoilers even without moderators. Someone will ask a person to change their title if it is a spoiler and often they do if it is. Some forums are better than others with the RPGs ones tending to be better. I haven't noticed as many spoilers on some other Dev forums either. I don't know what the compulsion is here to do so or why people are lax about it.  I consider Steam forums a bit of cesspool at times, but on this point they are generally better. Of course that is of no help here but I suppose one can hope for improvement.

Those of us on Access are trying to be careful about it anyway.

What I have a problem with is the amount of spoilers that are already in topic titles, almost two weeks before release, and have been for a while!

Sure and why not ask the mods to make wine out of water while you're at it (easy solution: just stay away from the forums for a while)

As stated by others, full reviews (and probably lots of spoilers) are due out starting on this Tuesday, the 11th. Those of us with EA Access have only 6 hours of area locked content (probably just the first area which has been in tons of gameplay as well as streams shown by the devs) so I don't think even any blatant trolls can really spoil very much from that.

As for those of us who are forum regulars, we are far too courteous to even consider trying to post any spoilers unless it is in a clearly marked thread and with spoiler tags. ;)

Anyway, this is the internet and lots of people aren't courteous, so hang around youtube and gaming sites/forums at your own risk.

While a lot of people will try to avoid spoiling anything, keeping away really is the only way to guarantee no spoilers.

Those 6 hours of gameplay have already been showed to death in about every interview or review already. In the angry joe review he even starts out from the first moments of the game and only skips the cut scenes. the 6 hour access is region and time locked so all we actually get to play is the hinterland and prologue which again has already been shown in every review thus far
