I'd like to go fishing in the next two games. Can we? It's fun.

You must be thinking about this role-playing (not action/JRPG) game:

I had completely forgotten I'd kick started this until I clicked on the link.

Still disappointed that they only added a female protagonist as part of 1 quest rather than a character you can play for the whole game.

You could always play "go fish" with Cassandra.

I am willing to put that choice down to period realism - moreso than sexy walk realism....  It is, and was historically, tragic. But it is better than being lied to or being treated as some form of modern-day corporate chattel. Still, I would enjoy a female role of the period in Europe as a noble power broker - not unlike the Earl of Warrick though with much less direct confrontations. Not so keen on being manipulated, betrayed, and left to burn at the stake like a Joan of Arc. Unless the enemy English could find a PR role for her, as had the French Daufin before, there is not much role for a Joan of Arc to play.

Love to see a game based on Jerry Pournelle's Janissaries series. I could see a larger female role "in period" in that context.
