You do realize hors grow over time right? Babies don't have them yet.
No, I don't know? Thanks for letting me know though. The only reference I can remember to Qunari children was that some babes are born without horns. So I assumed that some were born with them.

About the horn thing:
If we are right and a qunari doesn't develop their horns until after they are born, then it means that a parent wouldn't know if their child was hornless until their horns didn't come in. I also wonder if it's genetic. Do parents without horns have a higher chance of having children without horns?

The wiki says it's "a rare genetic trait" and compares it to red hair in humans, though I'm not sure how accurate anything in the wiki is since it's completely editable.
But if I were to believe that, I would think that would mean hornless parents probably do have a better chance at hornless offspring, although it's probably still not common.

Ya that makes sense cause it would be painful for the mom giving birth if the baby already had horns.

Just obvious realy. but we figured that they would grow proto horns (nubs) pretty early in life. this is speculation since we havent yet seen a child of there race.
Assuming that there maturation rate fallows that of humans then females would develope horns earlier than the males.
it was stated that those whithout horns are rare and seen as haveing a special purpose to fufill.
Most likely hornlessness is a hereditery conbition and far rairer than say red hair. i have to admit i never read the Wikki but decided to look at this from a scientific angel.
im not sure how the Qune view or treat the hornless.
