Hello everyone, I only recently bought this game but it's really not working out.
Every time i start the game, it starts up let's me create a character but right when the is about to actually start it breaks down. The is just gets shut down by windows. I've really no clue at all. I hope some can help me out here .

Oh yea i made sure i could run at Can You Run It (cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/)
It said i was past the recommend requirements so.. .

Does it say you have a "General Protection Fault"? Because if so, I have exactly the same problem. Haven't found a fix yet.

Hmm no it doesnt give any error. Just shuts it down. All i get is Mass effect stopped working.

SRL is unrelibale, as has been said around here a lot lately. Its sense of reality is a bit different from what your hardware may be able to do. I'd recommend you post your specs here so we can confirm.

I'm not up on my laptop cards, but Tom's Hardware says your graphics card is at around the same level as the Radeon x1600 PRO named as a minimum for the game. Also, your CPU is not that far over the minimum either (right there with ya ). I'm going to guess it'll probably run in some fashion (though I can't guarantee it), but you're definitely going to have to sacrifice a lot on resolution and/or detail options.

Hmm the weird thing is I can run ME 2 without much trouble (lowest setting tho). So maybe the issue is somewhere else considering that ME 2 takes a lot more from my laptop then ME 1 . Thanx anyways.
