I'm looking to contact BioWare personally but the address "contact@bioware.com" isn't working. I keep getting a failure message back. Does anyone know if there is another address for them at all please?

It would depend on who you need to contact/what you are wanting to send/say. Contacting David is probably the best person to contact about community related things.
