Yeah. However, there's only like 2 or 3 friends that have similar tastes to mine. Others just play WoW, CS, LoL or CoD, so I have no interest listening whenever they bring those up. Still haven't met a girl gamer, tho.
I'd say the only people whom I really enjoyed chatting with about games are those from the old BSN. Sadly, I never met any of them in real life.
Yes i have some RL friends who game . My best friend has the same taste in games which is great , the only game he told me about that i didn`t like was Fable .
No I don't have any friends. A year ago I did have one friend who played video games I suppose but he goes to college now and I haven't seen nor had contact with him in a long while.
One of my younger cousins show's promise, he's very into Dark Souls, I've been urging him to give DAO or ME a shot.

My sister is kinda into games but only Nintendo DS and Wii U, and she rarely ever finishes an entire game.
A few guys I work with turned out to be super into games which is awesome so I FINALLY have someone to geek out with about new releases and that.
Also there's a girl I follow on Twitter who is crazy about Assassins Creed and games in general, but I've never actually spoke to her so it doesn't really count

That's the point of social media surely? It isn't just a place to electronically contact friends you already know in real life, it's a place to meet new people and find out new things.

Yes. And fortunately most of them are also primarily into quality SP games. I only have one friend who wants me to do BS multi-player like Destiny.
I have several IRL friends that play casual games and one or two that play more involved stuff. I usually discuss games with my husband, though. We have similar preferences and he's the only person so far that doesn't irritate me in multiplayer games.
My friends all got married had kids moved away, and left games behind so no. I have acquaintances who game, just not things I'm into.
A friend of mine occasionally plays Sims, and my cousin only plays games with 'awesome graphics' and even those are restricted solely to shooters, and that's it. They're the only people I know IRL who play video games.
Yep. All different types too. Console casuals- PC elitists lol. I also made a few gaming friends who are now friends in RL.

I have a few actually. My GF who CLAIMS to hate games and gaming spends more time in the games than I do. 
Now she addicted to DA now as well tho she claims not to be. But every other day she is asking me how to do this to that in the game or what happens if she makes another choice. Of course I don't tell her which makes the whole situation even funnier.
