Heh, thanks Shadow. I'm partial to several of the doodles myself.
First redo is roughed out:

I think I'll rough them all out before inking/coloring any of them. Work moves a bit slow though, as I'm feeling under the weather. Mood-wise, I'm fine - but my abdomen and back hurt in ways very, very similar to how they did when I had a kidney infection several months back. I think it's returned.
That was the most painful thing I've ever been through, so I'm hoping I'm able to get an appointment with the doctor tomorrow to clear things up before it hits that point again. Blech. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Aww, hope you get to feeling better.
Just got a chance to see the one you did where Leliana is giving Legam a caring hug. That was very nice. I think everyone needs a hug like that sometimes, even powerful gray warden mages.

Thanks.
Indeed. Hugs are wonderful things, and sometimes overlooked for their thereputic value. Have to say though, at 5'1" it was slightly awkward hugging my somewhat husky 6'4" guy buddy when he was depressed over a breakup. His embraces are the definition of bear hugs. xD Still, it made him feel better, and that's what counts! ... Even if he did almost break my spine... <_<
Also, second redo is roughed:

LOL, I feel for you. I'm 5'4 and my hubby towers over me. I definitely know what you mean about bear hugs.

Everyone and their mother (except mine) is taller than me. XD Both my exes were over 6 feet tall... Oddly enough, I'm not particularly attracted to tall men - but they're apparently attracted to me. xD

Wow, I'm drawing these faster than I expected (course, inking and coloring will still take some time). Third rough is drawn:

Yup. These aren't taking too long to rough. I might stop after number six for the night though, so I go to bed at a reasonable hour.

humm yeah should still be nightime for you). Go you

Hope your doctor is available , if not send me his adress, being around 6'2 or 6'3 myself I guess I qualify as a bear, so instead of huging you for comfort I can hug him grizzly style until he sees you
.
Jest apart hope you'll get better.

And don't worry guys, we got an appointment with the doctor for today. I have to go in a few hours. If I have time to sketch before then, I will - but first I have to scan some photos in for my taekwando master. I'm basically his website/image editing go-to girl in exchange for free classes.

Scans done. Took a break from editing photos to sketch number 7:

I have to leave in half an hour for the doctor's, so I dunno if I'll get 8 sketched by then.

I did have time, just barely. Will probably have to refine a few details before inking it later:

And now, I'm off to the doctor's!

Lovely sketches, Ranger. /salutes And good luck at the doctor's.

Back from the doctor's. No signs of infection, though apparently my sugar and protein levels were slightly abnormal that could indicate diabetes, but not necessarily. They took a blood sample to test kidney functions and a few other things, so now we just have to wait to hear back about the results... And I have no idea how long that will be. Argh, the waiting's going to kill me.
In the meantime, I just have to hope my pain doesn't get worse, since they didn't want to prescribe me anything just yet (and I don't blame them).
Urgle blurgle. Going to eat something, then sketch more to try and keep my mind off of things.

Tenth sketched:

Will be a little while before I get 11 and 12 drawn; I have more photos to edit for my master - he needs them by tomorrow. I know he expects me to e-mail them, but I'm going to have to upload them to a server so he can download them. I just hope he knows how to open zip files.
Does anyone know how to explain to a computer illiterate, Korean man who speaks broken English that it's simply not practical to e-mail nearly 90 photos scanned at 600 dpi?

LOL, dang that's a lot of photos he expects you to email him.
And very unrealistic of him. Obviously he has no clue on file size limits on emails.
The sketches look really great btw.

Yeah. He's a cool guy, but sometimes it's frustrating to try and explain limitations of computers to him, especially since his English isn't the best. And he's my taekwando master, so I don't want to accidentally insult him or seem impertinent.
These are important photos too - he's being inducted into the taekwando hall of fame in South Korea and they want lots of photos to choose from to use for his biography profile.
Thanks. xD
