xD That scene made me gigglesnort. And reload so I could see it a few more times. I love Oghren. And I seem to be one of the few people on the forum who doesn't mind that he's returning in Awakenings as a companion.

EDIT: Aside from the fact I really seem to have a knack being the first or last person on a thread page... Wow, 20 pages to this topic. Dang. xD

Fifth one base colored. Thanks again to Olwaye for translating the letter into French for me. It's hard to read at this size, and will probably be impossible to make out in the final product, but I love having little details like it in my work, so his help is much appreciated.  <3

I was wondering what software you used. The brush strokes reminded me of Illustrator and Flash instead of Photoshop. Is that what you have been generally using for all the pics?

Actually, I use both Photoshop and Flash for most of these. I sketch the roughs in Photoshop, "ink" and color the flats in Flash, then bring them back into Photoshop for shading/backgrounds/effects/etc.

I felt bad drawing this one, but it needed to be done... Sigh. I don't think the full emotional impact I have intended for it will really hit until I have it shaded/backgrounds/color tinting and such. But this is just a WIP like all the others, so bah. Even though nothing's showing, I guess it might be a bit NSFW because it's about torture?

I just regret not having put a bawdy joke in french in that translation , but I decided to be a true gentleman and not spoiled your art with my twisted spirit. 
Blood splatered Leliana is quite hot, and I am happy to say that tortured Leliana is making me ready to rescue her, there's hope for my tainted soul yet.
Those last pictures are really great, wake up Bioware and give that woman a freelance job!

Ha! There was always a chance you could put something inaccurate or inappropriate, yes, but if I was really worried I'd just have to bug my mother to check. She doesn't remember enough French for me to have bothered her to translate, but she'd know enough to tell if you were going way off track. But I trust you enough that I wouldn't do that.

xD; As long as I didn't have to move to Canda or Texas for it... I still need a job, after all...

Edit: There must be some sort of irony in misspelling "inaccurate" Durp.

This has nothing to do with the art, but it's loosely connected with Leliana and Legam and I thought you guys would find it amusing while I'm working on the next picture. No. It wouldn't have been as devastating if I did that. Its entire purpose is the make the viewer upset/sad/uncomfortable. Alone in a cell doesn't hit home for what I'm going for. I usually try to envoke an emotional response in my audience. That response isn't always meant to be pleasant.

... Nevermind. Couldn't get to sleep just yet and Office Space was on, so... I went ahead and did the last panel for this row. Only two more to go, and then I can start shading and doing backgrounds.

... Haaaa... I just remembered that the Marjolaine incident happened while Legam was still in his original mage robes. I'm so used to drawing him with the Chasid ones. It's easy to fix (tomorrow...), but if I'd remembered that earlier, I would've saved myself an hour of work.
