So I've been playing on and off all day, but I've yet to find a solid article (other than the tutorial here on the forums) that can help - how do you replenish health?
It's touched on briefly but I have no other clue.

you can spend a bag of royals (currency) in the gathering resources pinned card to restore a random amount of health. There are times when you are offered a chance to rest during hunts which will also restore health. Also you can use rations during a hunt if your health drops to 30 or less.

If you enter the Chantry, after a short while, you'll find someone that will heal you-
Also if you find Elfroot while going hunting, it is consumed to replenish health if it drops at 0.
I've found it's better to just let your health fall to 0. If your city isn't in peril, you can survive losing 15-20 in each non-personal stat (strangely, you lose Peril, Twilight, and RoR, instead of gaining it).

thats interesting. I usually choose to not rest which gains all 3 of those but supposedly less than resting
you can also restore healthh by spending a royal to the daughter of shame. find her in the sealed chantry.
