Oi.

Don't know if this've been discussed on here already but did the sound design team from ME3 also work on Inquisiton? The reason I'm asking this is because the overall sound design of Inquisition seems to have a lot in common with ME3, and that is a VERy good thing. Explosions and spell sounds have got that really punchy sound to them, that you didn't really hear in any of the other Dragon Age games. There's also a much better sense of space with improved environmental effects like reverbed footsteps in caves etc. Really impressed by this!

Not sure there's a whole lot to discuss here really, but the anticipation for this game is killing me and I figured we might as well talk about an often overlooked aspect of games.

Just listen to the combat in this

Sound design is sooooo important in games! It makes or breaks the immersion.

A horror game with poor sound design sucks for example. ME2 and ME3 both had great sound design so I'm not really surprised by it's quality in DA:I but it will make the game much better because of it :)

We've also seen that Frostbite handles various sound effects very well. Everyone behind the game's sound design and it's implementation into Frostbite 3 should be commended. The game sounds nuts.
