So...missing a number of DAO profiles from way back. I know they exist as I have their save folders on my PC and can see them "in game" but the old BSN screen for my DAO profile says "Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage."which I find interesting as the Keep found three of them (out of, maybe, seven?)
Anyone know how to get the others to show up in the keep?
give it time I guess. It doesnt really matter as the name isn't used in the game
They had to move the character information from the servers that the Legacy BSN uses to new servers to fix issues that were happening with character profile importing to The Keep.
Oh look another person with the same problem. Wait for the "you must have deleted the characters yourself" spam.
Copy your save data to their respective place (my documents/bioware/dragon age/characters), open the game, log in with your origin account, play for a few hours (i reccomend 4 hours... just to be sure) doesn´t matter with who you play with, and they should have been added by then.
IF you´re not a PC user, it should work the same way but they may not appear once you finished playing, it may take some time (i don´t know how long), and as far as i know you must check that your origin and platform accounts are linked (don´t know how you do that).
