So I am glad they did the two voice for each sex thing. But knowing me once I make a character and fall in love with them that voice will be theirs. If I try to make another character with the same voice it will just feel wrong. Kinda like if suddenly Liliana started using Moragan's voice. While still an amazing voice it would just be wrong... This is actually a real fear I have...
I fear that I will only be abel to play four Inquisitors.

I had this problem in DA2, most of my Hawkes ended up blahing together and felt similar, but the most distinct ones (the super pro Templar aggressive one and the sarcastic pro-Mage...both female ) feel more like different characters, so I think for me that was the basic limitation.

"only" four?
I don't know about other people, but I don't play a ton of games...I find ones I like and replay them over and over. I'm still replaying Morrowind.

Yeah as long as this game lives up to like 60% of my hopes for it I will play the heck out of it. I can't even count how many times I have played through DAO.

Lets say it takes you 100 hours to finish the game. That means that after your first playthrough you'll spend 300 hours listening to other voices, before you come back to that first one. I think that puts enough distance between them to forget enough about it and enjoy it with a different character.

I have about a dozen of both Wardens and Hawkes, so four would be "only".

so that's a huge plus for me. I think DA:I has enough content in it that it will be good to replay every year or so for a long time, but I can see this concern, shrug.
I do exactly the same thing Veeia ![]()
And OP, I completely get what you're saying but I think if you alternate the voices it'll help. With Mass Effect I found if i alternated femShep and mShep i could sort of 'forget' that the voice belonged to a particular character (if that makes sense). With DA:I that should be even easier. Lets say you play British male voice first then go through all the others, by the time you get round to using that voice again you'll have had around 300hrs of play - so plenty of time for you to sort of disassociate the voice with your first Inquisitor.
