of course it can run the game on ultra settings. also with good fps? maybe yes, maybe no. btw how do you define "ultra settings"? which resolution? AA or no AA? use UHD and 8xMSAA and you´ll have maybe 8fps.
and, i hope that this build is your current PC and you´re not going to buy this setup now.

Its current. It's been over a year since I've upgraded. I thought about getting a second 780 gtx and more ram.

do you really need more than 16GB RAM? and before you buy a second 780, you should wait for "big maxwell" and replace the 780 with one of them. just my opinion.

I run BF4 on ultra setting with good fps in a core-i5 and gtx770, and i dont thing DAI will be diferent. So, yes, you run in ultra.

It will run on Ultra. Maybe with 60 fps even. With my GTX 760 I'm playing all games with ultra settings, less ubersampling
