Given that the Alliance represents all of humanity I hope they use more actors who have English as a second language, or actors from English-speaking nations who can do decent foreign accents.

I was about to suggest her. Great voice but I don't know if she'd take a video game seriously. Having Trinity Carrie-Anne Moss voice Aria sounds like a great idea but I wasn't a fan of the performance. You could tell she had no idea what the game or story was about and that she was just reading off the page (imo) with pauses in the middle of sentences where she obviously didn't understand what she was reading. That's the trouble with Hollywood actors doing voice work. Compare her to Courtenay Taylor who knows exactly who Jack is and what she's about and it shows in her work.
Sigourney Weaver on the other hand is amazing and seems to have the most amazing work ethic. She's like the hardest working actor in Hollywood (Okay maybe Alan Dale takes that crown) and she always gives it 100% no matter how high-concept the material is.

If AWR lends her voice in the next game, I wouldn't be surprised if it's for a minor character like she did in DA2 She was the VA for Liley. AWR was one of two female voices for DAI and of course she voiced Samantha Traynor. She did mention, during a Q & A session, she would like to voice Samantha again if given the chance

It's weird but I was reading the "things you've only just noticed" (can't remember the proper name) thread and saw quite a few post by you so you probably already know this as AWR's biggest fan but I'm pretty sure I came across 2 of her American bit-parts in ME3 today. She must have been on my mind... The first was the immigration officer who tells Aria that's she's "here illegally" and the second was Octavia, the girl holding the barrier up with David Archer in Grissom Academy. Incidentally, I'm also pretty sure that Doctor Chakwas is Theresa, the elderly senile woman trying to get in touch with her son at the embassy desk (also an American part).

In an interview, she said that as well as main characters she's contracted to provide voices for a number of smaller parts (which is typical if you're a VA). She was talking about hoe funny it was when the BW people heard her American voice and that they would never have guessed it was her. She definitely did extra voices for the Citadel DLC and from what she was saying, it sounds like she did the girl with her friends trying to get into the party. I'm almost 100% sure that Carolyn Seymour voiced the character I mentioned. It's unmistakable.
It'd be great to have Courtnee Draper, who voiced Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite.
She really brought the character to life

Ashley Johnson, anyone? Although her voice would probably have to be quite different from her rendition of Ellie, for me to see them as another character. This may not be possible.
