I have to say:

 

Benedict Cumberbatch: Before the role of Smaug he already did several British TV show narrations and starred in many more physical roles, though I would say he is better placed as an antagonist. He has that dismissive British accent that has very subtle emotions and with his recent movies he has shown an incredible acting range.

 

Steve Blum: What Bioware game would be complete without the staple of his rugged voice?! I would however like to see him move on from his recognizable sytle and try a different range or accent for a new character, so we don't actually realize it's him.

 

Nolan North: Again a very recognizable voice, he is extremely good at creating atmospheric flesh for a character (You know, all those sounds that a person makes if they get shot or hurt).

 

Jamie Glover: Perfect for an antagonist, the voice of Darth Malgus (Swtor) and Azkul (Kotor 2). 

 

Ali Hillis: Because who cant resist that smooth voice? I would, the same as Blum, like to see her improve her range from Liara and Lightning however.

 

Troy Baker: Much like Hale, he is a very famous voice actor, he needs more roles in Bioware games other than a pesky assasin (poor Kai Leng).

I second Colm Feore. Like Benedict he's got that authorative voice and a very strong presence. I'd like to see Buzz Aldrin have another cameo too. And David F'N Hayter!

I'd like to see her return as well.

 

One of the great things about the Mass Effect series is that you could reuse actors even if they previously voiced major characters in the series, thanks to voice filters. I wouldn't want to bring her back as a human or an Asari, because it would be hard not to associate her voice with Liara, but she could definitely play a Turian.

 

On that note I'd like to see Mark Meer & Jennifer Hale return as well. Hale can also do accents, so you could get away with casting her as a human character.

Mark Lewis Jones as a bad@ss Krogan. For those unfamiliar with him voiced Shagga from Game of Thrones and Letho from the Witcher series.

I could imagine that voice bellowing from some angry Krogan. Or maybe a Yahg.

It would have to be someone who isn't a Turian however, otherwise it would sound just like Saren.

Well for my next protagonist of the next ME. I'm looking to create a slightly older than Shepard guy. Would love to create a guy around 40 years old.

 

I think that Doug Cockle voice would be perfect for the male protagonist. For those of you who did not know him, he is Geralt of Rivia VA. Really like his mature voice.

He's going to be voicing a character in the Witcher 3. So getting him for a Mass Effect game is at least possible.

Keith Szarabajka (sp) . I didn't realise that it was him at first, but he voiced the Didact in Halo 4. Also I didn't know he voiced Executor Palin and Liliheirax as well until recently.

 

On the fem side, Pauley Perrette would make a wicked Turian Huntress or Asari Commando.

Toby Stephens would be great as a bad@ss mercenary or pirate. Or as a charismatic villain.
