Uh... have you read The Stolen Throne? That was when Loghain and Maric first met. And it was LONG before Anora was born.

Stolen Throne wiki

That further proves the point though.  Loghain and Anora were both nobles, due to the fact that Loghain served Maric well during the rebellion (and they were best friends, of sorts).  You're confusing nobility with royalty.  Nobles are nobles if they have the title and lands to go with it.  That's it.  So if you serve your king well you can get rewarded by being made a noble.  So Loghain was made a noble, and Anora was born into nobility.  That's not the same thing as royalty, who rule the entire kingdom as kings and queens.  The only way to become royal is by birth or marriage.

@DrBlingzle Techniclly Bioware confirmed Alistair to be the son that elven mage Marric romanced, forgot her name... so techniclly.... if Alistair is being put as a king on the throne of fereldan, he is TECHNICLLY Elven blooded... But that dosent mean I dont agree with what you have said, I am just saying facts.

As far as we know, one living soul knows who Alistair's mother really is. And she was the one who wanted him to never find out in the first place.

Dragon Age: Origins was very good game.
But I always hated the fact that only human non-Mage can achieve the best end.

Minor changes in the dialogues, alternative completion of quests or race restriction for romances, this is all fine.
But hide the best ending for one race and one class, that's a bit much. ( It scares me the fact that human is a noble again. )

Can we expect similar unfair advantage in Dragon Age: Inqusition?

If you mean 'Will it be consistent with lore rather than handwaving it away, the answer is hopefully 'yes.' If the state of the world and prevailing attitudes is ignored simply because one it the PC, that's really just asking to be a special snowflake. It may be that at some point the world will have changed enough for a similar event, but that certainly wasn't the case at the time of Origins, and probably isn't the case at a time when the world is in such upheaval and state of fear. I mean, never say never, but I'm not expecting a sea change of all social attitudes, although I think the mage issue will likely be settled to a degree, one way or another. By that, I mean it may be that a solution is found that may prevent genocide, not that a populace will accept a mage ruler outside of Tevinter.

No, the human female mage cannot marry Alistair because then not only does he have problems with the nobility, but he also has problems with the Chantry.

The Chantry has religious control over many nations and could cause problems for Ferelden. Ferelden is weakened after the Blight which basically only affected it. If the Divine decided that putting a mage on the throne, even as only queen, was excuse enough, she could get Orlais to attack Ferelden and set it right in a heartbeat, and then everything Loghain basically rebelled over is more or less justified.

You would think being an absolute ruler like a monarch is very freeing, but in reality, it does tie your hands in a lot of ways.

Well now is not a problem you can swear and spit the divine in her face and she can not do a thing to a king.
