Is there a way on the PC version to reset your achievements? I used the console to unlock everything, and now I want to replay having to start from scratch and NOT cheat...

You can delete the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\profile.dap file. But if you play logged in it will repopulate itself with the achievements you have uploaded.
