Character Not being added to online profile

Hi, I am having a problem where I forgot to login when I created a new character, sometime after, I realised I was offline, and set it to login. Now though it refuses to add this character to my online profile. Has been 2 days, I am quite sure its not the usual update time lag.

Any ideas how to fix this?
