I was wondering if theirs ever going to be a release of the actual Chant of Light bible in the physical form where you can read every Verses at the palm of your hands? This includes the Tevinter Imperium version.

I don't think they are ever going to do a full version in general. The reason is that it lets them continue to add to it and modfy it, though I admit I would love to see all of the Chant in its entirity.

If the Chant of Light was ever translated into English I fear the common people would misinterpret it and use it as an excuse for all manner of unfortunate behaviors.  Best to leave such things to the priestly class.

It is like the Ferengi rules of acquisition - deliberately left incomplete, so future writers can easily add to it without retconning.
