No idea what a quanari is.
But horned qunari probably sleep laying face down, or on their sides....that is if qunari sleep at all. ![]()

Sides or stomach I'd imagine.
Or they have special beds.

Maybe they chain their horns and wrists to the ceiling and sleep hanging a few feet off the ground.
Or they could just use really thick pillows.
And now I kind of want to see the Bull get the Inquisitor's blankets tangled around his horns.

Well they can't really sleep on their sides either because that's mainly were the horns are lol

Space magic.
Or, if you prefer, regular magic.

Depends on how. If you sleep on your side but tuck your arm under your neck at an angle with a pillow. you can avoid the head hitting the bed directly.
I usually sleep like that if I have rollers in my head. Too uncomfortable otherwise. I'd imagine a bigger pillow would bolster the head enough for horns to have enough room.

Voluminous pillows probably help.

Pillows.
Lots of 'em.
Probably reinforced so as not to be pierced.

Clearly, they sleep sitting up. Qunari are too tough to ever need to lie down. ![]()

No wonder they were so cranky in Kirkwall. Can't imagine that they could find a pillow-maker who knew what the hell they were talking about.
And also the whole trapped there forever unless the find a book that's probably at the bottom of the ocean, but mostly the pillow thing.

''Wait, let me get this straight. You guys are walking around shirtless. And you want metal and leather reinforcements for... your pillows? Is that some kind of weird Qunari humor?''

Perhaps they have different styles of beds and pillows, like shown above.

The sleep standing up. Great fun to sneak up on one and tip him over.

I actually have a hard time sleeping in any position that is not flat on my stomach. I imagine my Qunari will feel the same way.

Qunari tipping sounds like it could be dangerous.

Qunari don't sleep. Only a fool would elect to go unconcious for extended periods of time when there are enemies everywhere.

step 1. mark where your horns touch your pillow
step 2. take a spear
step 3. stab all the way through the bed and pillow on the 2 marks you made in step 1
step 4. lay down and carefully put your horns through the holes
step 5. sleep soundly
Only problem is you won't be able to thrash around much or have much variation in sleep position. Failing that, get a rope hammock and just put your horns through the holes...
