I've been following it with vague interest ever since I picked the manga up two years ago (I'd first watched the English dub of the Anime like... Eight years ago?). I was curious about how it would end, I just didn't think it would take this long.

Hell, I don't even have any knowledge about the show but seeing people try and start a petition to ban Naruto in the USA because their favorite couple didn't win is simply hilarious.

Stopped watching naruto after it started becoming like any ridiculous overpowered protagonist anime.


I also thought it was cheesy

I agree, I started to lose interest when it started being less about ninja and more about crazy insane weirdos with equally bizarre powers.  And the protagonist just annoys me most of the time... I only picked it up and caught back up to it because it looked like they were (Finally) in the final arc, and I wanted to know how it all turned out.

 

(I actually like the way ended, funnily enough)
