I think people saying weak plot are new comers to the franchise, and dont know the story.

Disappointing but I think expected, cities just don't seem to be Bioware's thing. It'd be great if they managed to nail it down but it's a shortcoming I can accept.
The review mentions it's even smaller than Denerim. I hadn't expected that. I never counted on Assassin's Creed sized cities, but for the capital of Orlais to be the size of a marketplace is pretty underwhelming.

Considering my past opinion of the last time IGN had an opinion on a Bioware plot I consider that high praise indeed!
Isn't this the same IGN where an IGN employee voiced Diana Allers in ME3? ![]()

9.5 from Gameinformer.
He loved it, the only disappointment is how the main story is executed.

"Oh, and after everything is said and done, make sure to stay following the credits."
Pls don't have a cliffhanger.

So I just need to pick that one review which is honest, not too fanboyish, has both pros and cons listed and no spoilers
Don't I like impossible tasks?
Try Eurogamer.

its rare seeing a 9 from gamespot
Even rarer, given the reviewer. He knows what he's talking about and will dock points from games accordingly. Given that Kevin gave the game a 9 is not something to dismiss. It's going to be great.

So far so good.
Only issues i see repeating are the hair/beards (which we already knew) and that multi player is nothing to write home about.

PREORDER CANCELLED D:

Those numbers seem promising, although I haven't read any yet for fear of spoilers, but at least it seems we're on the right track.
Hopefully no bad surprises from this game. ![]()

From the review:
Not all areas are this big. The Orlesian city of Val Royeaux is a mere marketplace square, used for only a handful of quests throughout the campaign.
Well, that's disappointing.
Not much to explore of Val Royeaux, it seems.
PC GAMER gave Dragon Age 2 a 94 if I recall. I remember them getting backlash for it so I think they are compensating for that.
