I'm getting the error "Game cannot launch because of a misconfiguration. Please reinstall your game and try again." from AWC.dll at startup after installing 1.02a
I am using a D2D Deluxe collector's edition, the paths in the EA_CoreApp.ini file are correct, and trying activation over the EADM isn't helping (it shows up as downloaded and ready to play, but I still get the error). Downloading a replacement "daorigins.par" file didn't help either, so i restored the original.
A workaround for me is to start the EACoreServer.exe in the Dragon
Age/bin_ship folder manually and running daorigins.exe immediately
after that, but that is obviously annoying. Is there a known better fix? I couldn't find any in the forums I searched.

Alright, seems I got it working again. I had to rerun the EAAccessInstaller.exe from the original D2Drive download folder:
Good luck to whoever has the same problem
Edit: For some reason the \\ always gets doubled in this forum. Only use a single one whenever you see 2 of them.
To be clear, create a shortcut to EAAccessInstaller which is found under Dragon Age\\Software.
Edit the shortcut properties, Target line. After the existing text enter
/s /dir C:\\(Your Folder)\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship
Good luck to whoever has the same problem

Thank you! None of the other fixes were working for me!
