Whats your Inquisitor gonna do guys? Is he/she gonna be sympathetic to the problems of others or is he/she gonna be ruthless in their attempts to close the breach? Or is there a different personality? I'd like to hear about it!

With an iron grip, just like Hawke.
Going to craft a ruthless and cunning Inquisitor.
But ultimately "I am who I need to be".

Like a rogue. I'll help people, but don't mind lying and stealing in the process. Someone needs killing i'll kill or arrange for him/her to be killed. And then i'll loot their pockets and homes.

1st playthrough. my inquisitor will most likely based on what I feel is right. I'll try to be nice to most people but criminals and enemies of the inquisition will get little mercy. Or I'll just make it up as I go.

The way I see fit.
Just like how I played out DAO, except when I needed to harden Alistair and Leliana.

I think my Qunari will be somewhat ruthless, with secretly a heart of gold inside him
I envision it'll take a while until he truly warms up to his colleagues in the Inquisition.

Get as much information as possible from scouts, or advisers, or any other source. Listen to what Leliana, and Josie have to say and weigh the pros and cons.

My Inquisisitor, like Hawke and the Warden before him is going to be a reflection of my values and opinions.
So in reality none the protagonists vary much from one another because I don't roleplay.
I just grow attachment because we've gone through certain situations together.

Lawful Neutral.
Think Stannis Baratheon or Judge Dredd.

There's only one way to do things when the world is about to get destroyed... whatever the hell it takes!
But since this is a game, and the world isn't really ending, I'm going to play the coolest but most sympathetic Qunari ever to save Thedas.

She'll try and do right by people, and doesn't like making enemies, but ultimately her it goes Her survival > The survival of her family and friends > The problems of strangers

My Inquisitor is going to use his silver tongue to handle difficult situations. At least he's going to try. My Hawke always end up with killing bunch of generic thugs (even when he really, REALLY tried to be a smart guy).

By crying because crying solves everything.
I believe your Inquisition will be very successful.
