My character is going to be a human female rogue. I haven't decided who she is going to romance. She will be diplomatic in most situations if she can. She is going to have red hair and green eyes.

Qunari BFS Warrior will be blunt and ruthless in favor of the greator good, mostly. So kinda like a GW
Dalish Mage will be paragon of composure and no-nonsense, pro-mage and anti-chantry
Human DW rogue will be a flirty goth-y weirdo, a kindred spirit to my Amell from DAO
Qunari and Human mages I haven't decided yet

kill any seeker, chantry or templar that I have the opportunity to kill. If possible, unite evry organization against the chantry, templars, and seekers. Put all those s o bs on a noose and have em hanged. Justice needs to roll swiftly for their crimes. Its long overdue

I want my first Inquisitor to start out as someone completely in over their head and generally conflict-averse. She'd be diplomatic not because she believes in peace for all, but because she doesn't want to get her butt kicked. Afterwards, who knows.

My Inquisitor will start off as a typical confident noble (human warrior) who is pro chantry/templars and take the job seriously overall being a good guy and what he thinks is a good leader while buying full into the whole "Herald of Andraste".
However if given the chance i will slowly make him more authoritative/on a power trip and his focus will not only be closing the breach but turning the Inquisition into the most powerful organization in Thedas with the most sophisticated network of spies, a powerful military force able to impose it's will on nations and a web of alliances and treaties to keep the Inquisition powerful well after the Inquisitor's death. He won't turn into a bad guy just someone who feels a strong nearly unstoppable Inquisition is the only way to keep Thedas protected.
Also if possible i will play him as anti Qunari as possible (at least, anti qun) and feel the need to be prepared for their inevitable invasion of the main land.

He'll be sympathetic but won't hesistate to use the murder knife if you get in the way of progress. He'll believe in "the greater good" and will do that at all costs. He has a heart though and will strive to uphold a clean and fair inquisition, just don't cross him because he wont show mercy, you only get one chance.
As for how he'll rule the inquisition...
He'll maintain a diplomatic hold with a focus on trade and alliance. However...he'll be backing that up with a web of blackmail, secrets and implied threats. All of that will be under wraps, of course! ![]()

I'm going to be diplomatic when it comes to resolving important issues, but, his main personality is going to be somewhat humorous and sarcastic, kinda-sorta like an Anders or Varric character. He'll be sympathetic when it seemingly matters.
However. He will be rather cruel and harsh when it comes to 'enemies', and those who are trying to oppose him and the Inquisition organization; people who try to harm him and his companions.

My first playthrough
Gender female
Race Elf
Class Mage
Specialization: not sure yet. But rift Mage sounds good or maybe necromancer
Romance: don't know, will see how it goes
She will be fair (or try to be) but choices I make will depend on situation, let's just say I won't be kissing ass if someone doesn't like me)

Ruthless and Ambitious
Ofc his end goal will be saving the world
But he will always be thinking "How can I benefit from this?" He will try to help others and improve their lot but as long as it isnt of to high a cost to him

Eloise Tryleven
Class: Mage
Specialization: have to think on this one as they took spirit healer away, since that would've have fit this charcter.
Romance: Cullen
Personality: She is a lot more wiser than most women her age, due to her sheltered life in the circle she doesn't know much about poltics, nor military matters, so she will rely much on her advisors on such things. However, she will use dipomalcy a lot more than the abrasive actions, when called for like with sending a gift to please the Dalish.
I would say a mixer of both, since she understands not everything has to have an abrasive action done to get results, now my darwf will be impulsive and abrasive due mostly to her carta ties.

My Inquisitor is going to favor diplomacy, but won't be afraid to use subterfuge or muscle to get things done. They just won't be the first things he goes to to fix a problem. If fights are unavoidable, however, he will go charging into the fray, side-by-side with his soldiers. Like Cullen and Blackwall, he prefers to lead from the frontlines.
As for his goals...protection of life and supporting freedom, when possible or reasonable. You know, altruism and everything.

My Inquisitor is going to be a male Elven Mage and thus Dalish. He will immediately favor any pro-elf, pro-mage, anti-templar, and anti-chantry options available to him. He will be extremely aggressive in the pursuit of those objectives.
Outside of those objectives, I intend to have him romance Dorian, and thus he will have a huge impact on my Inquisitor. If Dorian wants to perform some type of action, I will likely do it to ensure that he is happy.
After Dorian, I am leaning on Iron Bull and then Verric. These three gentlemen together will help guide the actions of my Inquisitor to varying degrees.
Outside of them, my Inquisitor will be choosing whatever options will empower the Inquisition. He has no intent on disbanding the Inquisition once the Breach is closed, and intends to move forward with his greater ambitions for Thedas.

It is interesting to see that a lot of you people have already such developed ideas. ô.o I am nowhere near to be honest, don't even know which race I will go with.
My first Warden was a good guy but kinda stuck in his noble ways, kinda traditionalist (Harrowmont supporter etc..) and my first Hawke was also kind but rather snarky and humorous, bit more on the rogue-ish side. I don't know if I will make something similar, I just can say that I probably won't manage to make the first run with a ruthless or douchy character.
But other than that, no idea!^^
