Please explain.
Basically a bastardized Fusion Rifle in primary weapon form in destiny that once as OP as the Reegar is in ME3. They've nerfed it a bit so it's not as gaudy as it once was.
Trends nowadays?

Well you do actually have to aim it somewhat. Destiny really rewards "precision kills" in PvP and PvE.

Nope. Everyone is using the Vex Mythoclast.
TBH I thought it was overrated even before the nerf.
When everyone was using Suros.
