I just went to install DAO via Origin and noticed that Awakening and all of my DLC(Warden's Keep, Stone Prisoner, Return to Ostagar) are not showing as owned by me. All of these things are registered under my BSN account -- I can see all of the above DLC on my entitlements page, and DA:A is showing as registered to me when I go to Register a Game.
Oh, and I've tried to redeem my Awakenings key through Origin directly. It recognizes it as a valid key but says it is in use already.
