I think his story is going to be a clever inversion, since you may well become a deserter (something JS did not do).

To be honest, this was the saving grace for this story for me.  I was really disappointed in Ep2 to see that his story seemed to parallel Snow's so much.  The fact that we have the option to desert made me much more interested in where his story is going to go.  Whether I think it's the right choice to make or not, I'm going jump ship the moment I get just to see something else.

We're not going to have a choice about deserting.  The choice'll be made for us, so we don't have the option of choosing to stay instead of finding the North Grove.

Perhaps then its who's with us when we go look for the North Grove.

On that subject,

I have a feeling that there will be a choice, but the outcome will be the same.  Either way, you'll end 'deserting', whether you choose it outright or whether it's forced upon you.  If that happens, I'm going with the former because it makes Gared more interesting.

I swear, if Ironrath is counting on Mira, we are all screwed because I might be the worst conspirator ever.

Ok, so Margaery confronts me with evidence I had been meting Tyrion behind my back. I decide to lie to her so as to appease while also keeping my options with Tyrion.

Then, he just appears and rather than take an hint when I have Mira refuse to speak to him in front of Margaery, he just flat out says "I have a royal decree all ready for you."

Thanks for that Tyrion.

I feel like I'm Ned Stark whenever I'm playing the King's Landing segments.

HOW ARE YOU DO THIS

Oh great, now I'm placing myself in a position where I will be in debt to Sera.

It's like I am deliberately trying to bury myself.

I feel like if Asher does end up getting back to Ironrath, there should be a fight between him and whats-his-face big Mountain-like guy.

Why not have Royland fight him?

Cause we don't play as him. You can't have a dude that might as well have a 'BOSS BATTLE' name tag and have an NPC kill him. :S

I'm thinking Gwynn is actually playing us. There is not traitor, her father sent her to convince us to submit.

Everything she says is suspicious but you still have to account for the knowledge. Both could be true. After all telling us there is a traitor breaks then inner circle up.

Telltale really lost an opportunity at the end.

"Tell, Asher Forrester, where are my dragons?"

How would she have known about your plans though? Someone in there needs to have leaked it.

...though thinking on it, I suppose it's possible it's not quite as dire as it seems, and Duncan only told Gwyn in an attempt to get Rodrik to lay low for now or something, because that's kind of his way. Maybe while Gared looks for the North Grove. Arranged this meeting beforehand, sent a message to Gwyn. He's the one who always tells you about the meeting, even if he's not Sentinel, despite the fact that Royland and him have been pretty interchangeable so far.

Optimistic, though.

I need to replay the episode.

Doubtful, after all they can do anything without prior consequences. Cut the trees is good example. There is nobody to take care of Forrester, even Glenmore are nothing compared to the Boltons. And yet, how he would know the plans? an insider has to say this and I doubt whether any of those Whitehill soldiers.

Gwynn's dialogue changes depending on what plan you chose.  There's definitely a traitor/leak.

We are talking about Game of Thrones, can be even Duncan the traitor and this would be one of the worst things based on what Gared must do.

I started playing this about a week back. Made it through episode 3. I think this is the glitchiest Telltale game I have so far played. I don't remember their earlier games being this bad, maybe they are stretched too thin with all these different games. Episode one was annoying & two was near unplayable because of the glitches. I made through & episode 3 was smoother going. I like where the story is going so far. Liking the characters.

I figure that it is coming out Tuesday because that's when The Witcher 3 comes out. If memory serves Episode 3 came out the exact same day as Bloodborn and Episode 2 came out the same day as Life is Strange Episode 1. If this holds true then I expect Episode 5 to come out on June 23rd (Arkham Knight's release day) and Episode 6 to come out September 1st (Metal Gear Solid V's release date). I say this because I don't believe in coincidence and this seems pretty patternistic XD

At this point i'm daring Telltale to call my bluff and actually create a consequence to my actions. I've done nothing but antagonize the Boltons/Whitehills since the first episode and continued even more so with Rodrik and still no consequences. Ethan doesn't count since it happens no matter what.

If there is any split off, it won't happen until Episode 6. The reason I say this is for the fact that has been the pattern since The Wolf Among Us and if they did it any different then they would have to create variations for the episodes and that isn't going to happen (I'm not excusing it, just wanted to state that since it kind of looks like I might be in my post). At least The Walking Dead Season 1 had the

bit going for it.

No use expecting any consequence until Episode 6 as they aren't going to happen. I wish Telltale wouldn't work on so many different things at once (TWD 3, TFTB, GOT, MSM, Marvel's project, Lionhead's project), their games would be significantly better and engaging if they worked on them one at a time and made multiple possibilities for each episode.
