It's funny how my feelings on the game mirror those of the television show, because I just couldn't give less of a damn about the King's Landing segments.

I agree about not liking the King;s landing segments in the game, Mira is a drag and I'm tired of dealing with those characters

I actually like the King's Landing stuff.  It's more intrigue-related than the stuff going on at the Wall, or Mereen, or even Ironrath. It's an exercise of one without power having to get outwit people who could squash her like a bug with zero effort or consequences.

Plus I got to give Mira an awesome closer to the confrontation at the end of her segment

Mira was a gangsta in her scene this game.  I chose the "Don't be so dramatic.  Besides, I'm just getting started...." [smirk] option.  She owned in that scene.  That being said, she's probably going to get owned herself by Margaery and Cersei in the next two episodes.  But I enjoyed playing her as an "Mira Forrester doesn't give a **** anymore" type of gal.

Asher's story continues to be the most interesting to me.  He's a fantastic character and Beshka was really great now that they've expanded her a bit.

Rodrik also went to the new "Mira Forrester doesn't give a **** anymore" school of diplomacy in this one.  I beat Gryff senseless, accepted the alliance with Elaena and Arthur, and called Lord Whitehill on his bluff.  I'm sure it's also going to backfire, but it was fun while it lasted.  I'm hoping that Gwyn comes around to be a stronger ally as well.

Tuttle's story is the worst.  He's such an annoying 'Snow-Lite" character that I can't take it.  Let me see...... Is he not really part of the family?  Check.  Is he banished to the Wall?  Check.  Does he make two fast friends right away (one fighter and one squirrelly rogue type)?  Check.  Does he end up north of the Wall?  Check.  Does he end up aligning with a Wildling girl?  Check.  FFS, is he going to end up Lord Commander too?

Also, is anyone else sick as **** of Ramsay ****** Snow?  Ugh.

I am because as a book/tv series character he has impenetrable plot armor.

If that had been another Whitehill leading sellswords it would leave some mystery as to how it is all going to play out. But with Ramsay you know you are going to straight up lose, because canon says so.

That scene was awesome even though my heart stopped beating for a moment when it happened.

This was the first episode that I thought Mira was really badass, she was OG with that "spy" sequence in the gardens.

My choices:

I've held off on it. I think I'm feeling the Telltale fatigue, and I know for sure that from now on I will wait until the full season is out before buying into it. These 2-3 month holes always throw me out of the experience. I come in having forgotten half of what happened and I fail to care for anything that's going on until I get those "ooh, now I remember!" moments.

I think this episodic game format has overstayed its welcome. I like the concept but it needs to be per week or every second week, not every or every second month.

I attacked with the Glenmore soldiers, everyone died. I laughed and reset.

Seriously though, Arthur, Gwyn, Ludd, Lady Forrester, Duncan, everyone dead.

If he hasn't yet that I think that is what will go down in the first chapter of the next episode.

Daenerys presumes to rule Westeros but she places the people of Meeren above the safety of a Westerosi family.

Stannis wouldn't do that. Long live Stannis Barathen, the One True King of Westeros.

Abso-****ing-lutely. I let out a massive sigh when I saw him hanging about. That plot-armoured shirtless douchebag needs to go away.

Not to be a whiner, but I hardly even remember last episode now.

Is Life is Strange done yet? I might check that out next, but only after it is done. GoT and TftB (this one specifically) have taught me that episodic games aren't for me until they are done.

Life is Strange is still two episodes away from done. The second to last one should be out soon-ish, they recently tweeted about it being close to finished.
