No, it will make no difference. Importing a character into the Keep, only brings up their name and appearance (and even that doesn't carry forward into DA:I itself).
Everything your characters have done (or in the case of incomplete games, will do!) must be recreated in the Tapestry by you. No in-game decisions are automatically imported from DA:O or DA2, whether you've finished the game or not.
