To be fair, it's not going to change as long as anybody who actually speaks out against these kinds of practices gets told to suck it up because it's "not that bad".

 
And, also to be fair, it's not going to change because "these kinds of practices" actually are not that big of a deal...
 
If the idea behind exclusivity(content available on one system being unavailable on others) was truly an issue, the "console wars" would never have started in the late 80s, because every system would have had the exact same content.

As someone who is making a double purchase on PC and PS4, all I have to say to those getting early access...

 

 

I do not find it "Not Fair" one bit.  They are literally paying for early access.  Congrats to those who get that first taste.. I am sure it's going to be sweet!

 

Doesn't change the fact that when it becomes available for me, I am going to devour the whole thing!

Frankly I find waiting till the 18th more palatable than playing early but only for 6 hours. I took vacation from the 19th onward and I want to BINGE.

6 hours is just a tease, plus on the 13th and until release place will be soaked in spoilers and should be avoided.

 

 

plus i guarantee one shmuck is gonna rip through as much as possible by skipping dialogue and every side quest just so he can come here and brag about it.

read the entire article. those 6 hours ARE saved, and once the full game releases, you can continue where you left off
