Alright, so I waited patiently for two weeks to see if the Keep team would be able to fix the fact that none of my Xbox 360 DLC purchases are showing up as being unlocked... It says "we're looking into this for you. Come back soon for an update."

I've submitted feedback RE: this issue via the Keep but I haven't heard back and wanted to know if I missed something... Have they said that this is an issue they're working to fix?

I know it doesn't really matter, but I'm a completionist and want the Keep to recognize my purchases before I export the world state into DA:I, so I'm hoping they fix it by next Tuesday.

If you know its not important why does it matter? The game wont see the info.

They do know that syncing achievements and/or characters and/or purchases isn't working for a lot of people (on all platforms). It's been reported (often!) both here in the forum and as a bug by way of the feedback button.

 

My guess would be that, since they don't affect DA:I in any way, syncing issues will take a back seat for now through until after launch, so that they can focus on the things that do. They haven't actually said that but, if I was in charge, that's how I'd be prioritising things!
