All of the DA games have had male prostitutes available in the brothels. If there's a brothel in DA: I, there will be males.
For the OP, I doubt that there would be a brothel in Skyhold. But I'm sure that there will be one in Val Royeaux.

Every army in history has had camp followers. In the game or not, if they're not allowed in Skyhold itself, they'll be set up at the end of that bridge.

I highly doubt it. We've got a Tavern instead. Besides, we've had brothels in both games so far. It's getting repetitive.

I highly doubt Skyhold will have a brothel, its a serious and military like organization, plus am certain Cassandra will not be pleased lol Its not the place for civilians to roll about when thier is always work to be done. Maybe we might encounter some in cities but I dont know
I certainly hope so. For my unromanced companions, of course. I'd NEVER cheat on Sera like that...
