from metacritic i say 86-90(depending on version xbox being he highest as it gets the most reviews), reviewers have had to put up with a crap ton of sub par games and cash in's as of late, as such DAI comes along and seems even better by comparison even more so for console reviews who haven't had anything to cheer about apart from destiny. and the fact that the game has addressed many of the problems of DA2 further boosting the "bioware return to form" factor boosting reviews.

 

if anything i think it should go higher then skyrium, but wont 

i see zero reviews scoring this lower then 75 which is the cut off of all positive reviews.

 

user reviews? 2 if we're lucky.

The prologue seems decent enough ... i think it has a chance to be up there with origins on both critics and users

I don't expect a good user review score, are so many people who are seemingly dead set on BW failing that it'll likely get bombed with 0's & 1's on it's 1st day of release

Metacritic is like Wikipedia, it has some decent community contributed information but you wouldnt cite it as a reliable source.

I hate Metacritic.

 

Seeing nothing but 0's and 100's in the user scores for practically every game pisses me off.

 

IDK about the critic score. Fingers crossed for 90+

72 because MetaCritic reviews suck most of the time and they always seem to have the lowest scores for really good games.

 

I also wonder how many posts will popup with people saying how easy the game was an how it only took 8 to 18 hours to complete the whole game instead of 100 hours on Metacritic.

Those posts always pop up, cause you can boast and claim things and lie like a boss on the internet.

Plus give it a day and pc community will come out with a trainer and you will see that those claims boost also.

Also with the time limits on mission they can never beat everything in that amount of time even with a trainer.

When does Bioware games ever score low on Metacritic? They're one of the few devs with like 5+ games in the top 1% rated on Metacritic.

 

It will get over a 90 on there unless DAI is a massive disappointment. If it was then EA wouldn't allow such early reviews for their property. It will be over a 90 in critic reviews and probably like a 70 from users. I predict a lot of users will hate it simply because it's EA, the "new" Bioware, gay romances, Witcher 3 fanboys and older Bioware fans complaining it's catered to console users. People might claim user reviews are more credible than critics but you have to sift through a ton of nonsensical posts to find those. Quite frankly, it's not worth the headache and I find user reviews just as credible as critics -- meaning very little.

 

I have a hard time believing a game of this risk and scope will score lower than any of Bioware's recent projects. If nothing else nobody can complain Bioware makes the same game over because DAI is basically something Bioware has never done before and new territory. It would need to have some serious flaws in their design which is possible since they've never done a game like this before. History says the media is going to love it and the early reviews are generally a positive sign.

Given the current review climate of rating games on a scale of good to excellent, or 7 - 10, I'd say it'll probably get mid 80s to mid 90s.

 

I personally will probably rate it in the 70s, going on a 100 point scale. Metacritic is also pretty useless, as the actual reviewers tend to be overly positive while users tend to be overly negative. I'll probably just hear what my friends have to say and try it myself before deciding if it's worth getting.

Which is why I don't put stock into either critic or user reviews. The only thing good about user reviews is they'll point out flaws that were forced to be crossed out of critic reviews by the publisher. That's really about it. Most user reviews do not appreciate a game for what it is and what it's trying to be. Naturally they're not going to like as many games and feel overly critical about it when you have that mindset. Bioware games in particular have a massive amount of trolls on user reviews.

 

In the end, it's just a single person's opinion be it user/critic review. That means nothing to me personally because they're not me.

True and it unfairly scores the game for people looking for a good idea about what it is about. If you are going to mention trolls you should also mention the fanboys and the employees of EA who would give the game 100 as if it has no faults at all.
