Well, I don't mind the Drell but I have more fun playing the other kits. If I want to throw grenades, I play the Demolisher.

That doesn't mean he's not effective or a good adept, it's just the combination of me and the adepts mentioned above > me & Drell.

The Asari Commando is pretty good for headshot training but otherwise kinda boring.

 

Drell Adept ... meh, he's 2/3 Justicar. I prefer the Asari to him.

 

For me it is ACA > Fury > HA > Justicar > Phoenix Adept > Commando > Krogan Shaman > Drell. In terms of fun and how often I play them.

That's a very good question. I kept it shorter than normal this time, and I'll keep testing the boundaries.

 

The things I do for BSN....

The phodept probably has more burst damage potential since smash reaches about 5k and that's not including a 1x6 tech burst and 6x6 BE, both of which can be easily self primed by disuptor ammo and singularity respectively.  Smash can detonate both in a single cast since it's a multi-hit power like shockwave.

 

But the Fury is faster, can teleport dodge, can recharge barriers, and has a much higher sustained damage output.  She can do all this while carrying a Claymore with minimal impact on her throw recharge.  Dark channel is also a better range power than the phodept has.

I'd rather hoped my comment about the Fury would be the funny part of my post. You know, the "The only adept who can still prime targets when dead. :P" thing. But I'll take any laughs I get. ^^

 

 

Batarians don't dodge. That doesn't match the way I play adepts. Also... I've already used all those powers on other kits. Why bother?

Fury is as OP as all other N7 chars, but the Phoenix Adept is underrated and really shines with some other Biotics in the team.

Definitely N7 Fury, but Human Adept (not Phoenix) is also fun (double BEs from singularity + shockwave are priceless)

They're all a bunch of pansies.  Light weights who have to run away from abominations, and swarmers lest they go down, and then there are the seeker swarms which turn them into a space tourist for 10 seconds at a time.  They actually make the hypochondriac Quarians look down right burly.

 

Drell, made of tissue paper running around in his smoking jacket and having no grenades because the AIU have taken them all.

Pheonix's, the poor little brother to the Dragoon.

Asaris, A bubble in which you have to run up to a praetorian beak in your skin tight leathers just to be useful.

Plain Asari adept, throw, warp, throw warp or maybe stasis......wait...wait....line up that shot because I can't head shot anything in real time....

Krogans, the ones tossed out of real Krogan battle school because they are sissies with biotics.

All of the above, totally neutered by the other three tech users in the pug group.

I gotta admit: it's one of the kits I suck the most with. I've no idea why. I guess I should practise more, but seeing as I don't even know what I'm doing wrong...

The Phoenix Adept can prime/lift/stagger even armored and shielded targets with Lash and the Singularity/Smash combo is a boss killer.

 

I don't think lash can prime armored targets unless I'm missing something terribly important.

Cast singularity, get behind cover and smash, rinse and repeat, you can;t help but score well.  Also the barrier shield removal choice for smash is really really good.  I like to use the scorpion with that class.

No, but you can stagger them. At least I think Pyros don't really like it. Let me test it quickly. ^^

 

Edit: Yep, it staggers Dragoons, Pyros etc.

batarian slasher is also really awesome. it's a shame not more people play him because dude can totally destroy shi........stuff.
